Service assurance

7-Day Service Assurance

If the same problem that ACS serviced or repaired occurs again within seven days from the date of service, ACS will re-check the issue and provide appropriate support without another service charge for that same issue, subject to the conditions below.

Read all conditions
  1. The assurance applies only to the same originally reported and serviced problem.
  2. It does not cover a new or unrelated problem.
  3. Exclusions include power fluctuation or electrical damage; virus/malware or newly installed software; physical damage; liquid/water damage; accidental damage; customer modification or tampering; damage caused by external devices or third-party service.
  4. Parts are covered by the respective manufacturer/distributor warranty.
  5. Data backup is the customer's responsibility. ACS is not responsible for data or software unless specifically agreed in writing.
  6. Parts, materials or work required for a different or new problem are charged separately.
  7. Final applicability depends on the service report and technician inspection.
  8. Terms and charges may vary depending on the required service.

Do you provide AMC?
