Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Advanced Computer Solutions! We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. We strive to make the return process easy and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:
- You can return most new, unopened, and unused items sold by Advanced Computer Solutions within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and manuals attached.
- We cannot accept returns of used, damaged, or altered items.
- You must include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Software products (once opened)
- Downloadable products
- Customized or built-to-order computers
- Items marked as “final sale”
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team by email at advcomsol17@gmail.com or by phone at +91 9123625506 to initiate a return and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the return package to the address we provide you with your RMA number.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty:
Many of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product documentation for specific warranty information.
